Triple Review (Kate Moss Lipsticks, St Tropez 3 Minute Tan and Zoellas New beauty Range) x

Yes you read the title correctly. Today I am giving you not one, not two but three reviews of brand new products that have been launched fairly recently. (I'm so good to you). So I went a little bit crazy on my most recent shopping trip (HUGE collective haul will be on its way) and bought a few products which needed testing and writing about so here it is my triple review.

Product 1: Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks Nude Collection.
When I saw these on a youtube video I was so excited to go into the store and check out the collection. There are 5 shades in the collection 40, 42, 43, 45 and 48. One thing I do dislike about Kate Moss Lipsticks is that they have no names and just numbers which I think is a little boring but it isn't the end of the world. I really like the packaging of this collection and I think it looks super sleek and elegant. The lipsticks cost £5.49 each and are currently on offer for buy one get one half price in boots which I think is an amazing price for the quality of the product. They smell just like the regular Kate Moss lipsticks and the formula is the same creamy texture as well. The colours are all very neutral shades however I do have issues with certain shades in the collection for example 40 will give you a concealer lips look which I personally thought was a trend that never looked great if I'm honest. The 2 shades I got were 45 and 48 and were the 2 darkest shades. I really love these 2 colours and will definitely get a lot of wear out of them, 48 probably more so in Autumn/Winter but still very good and definitely worth checking out.

Product 2 Zoella Beauty Range (Shower Gel and Body Lotion)
I have been a huge fan of Zoella for a long time now so when I heard she was bringing out an extension line to her current beauty range I was very excited to say the least. I loved her previous products and so thought I'd try out a couple from the new range. The new range all have super cute summery packaging and are scented differently to the original line. This is a much more sweet and fruity scent aptly named tutti fruity. Another thing I really like about Zoella's products are that a lot of work goes into them even the names are cute such as Candy Cream and Foam Sweet Foam and to top it off they are pretty reasonable in price (£3.50 for the shower gel and £5 for the lotion). Now onto the products themselves. The shower gel has a strange consistency which is hard to explain it reminds me of a more liquidy version of that space goo that alien toys used to come in (if that makes any sense). In a weird way I quite like this though because it means a little product goes a long way and you definitely get your moneys worth. The smell is amazing in the shower and lathers really nicely.
The body lotion is also very thick and so you do not need a lot of product. It has bursting beads in it which I'm not 100% what they add to the product but they are quite fun and look pretty. Again the smell is nice and you do get your moneys worth from it.

Product 3- St Tropez in Shower 3 minute tan. This product smells exactly the same as the regular St Tropez tans but claims to work in just 3 minutes whilst your in the shower. You apply to wet skin leave for 3 minutes then wash it off. On first application I can't say I really have noticed a difference but it may take a few applications to build up a colour. It costs £14.50 (£9.50 currently in boots) so isn't exactly cheap and to be honest I have had better tans. I like the concept and the packaging, I just wish that it was more of an impact so that it could be applied before a night out or something like that. I personally wouldn't buy this again because I don't think it does what it claims.

So thats my review of those 3 products and I hope that it is helpful for anyone thinking about buying any of them. If you have any suggestions for products to test out make sure to leave it in the comments below.

Until next time

Meg x
